• Not recommended for children under 5 years old (participation allowed under adult responsibility)
• Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult
• For safety reasons, boarding is not allowed under the influence of alcohol or in poor health condition

If we cancel the flight due to bad weather or valid operational reasons: 100% refund

If you cancel:

• 72+ hours in advance: 100% refund
• 48–71 hours in advance: 50% refund
• Less than 24 hours: No refund
