Requirements

• Minimum rider age: 16 years
• Valid driver’s license required (must bring original document)
• Non-EU riders (except U.K.): International Driver Permit recommended
• Security deposit: €100 (cash or card)
• Suggested to bring: Towel, swimwear, sunscreen, sunglasses

⏰ Arrival Time

• Please arrive 20 minutes before the tour
• Late arrivals may result in missed departure and no refund

🔁 Cancellation Policy

Individual Bookings (1–4 vehicles):

• Free cancellation if made more than 48 hours before the tour
• No refund if canceled within 48 hours of the start time

Group Bookings (5 or more vehicles):

• Special terms apply. Please contact us directly or refer to our Group Booking Policy.

Weather-Related Cancellations:

If our guides decide the weather makes the tour unsafe:

• We’ll reschedule, or
• Issue a full refund if rescheduling is not possible

No-Shows:

• Guests who fail to arrive on time and do not notify us will be considered no-shows and will not receive a refund.
