Cancellation / Prepayment
Reservation and Cancellation Policy
✅ Booking Confirmation
To confirm your booking, a 50% deposit of the yacht price is required.
The remaining balance, along with a fuel deposit equivalent to two hours of navigation, must be paid before departure.
❌ Cancellations by the Client
- If you cancel at least 15 days in advance, 50% of the paid amount will be refunded, minus service charges.
- If you cancel less than 15 days in advance, no refund will be issued.
In the event of cancellation, the charter company reserves the right to rebook the vessel.
🌧️ Adverse Weather Conditions
If the weather prevents the activity from taking place on the scheduled date, you may choose between:
- Full refund of the amount paid
- Rescheduling, subject to availability
This policy applies if the departure port experiences the following conditions:
- Wind gusts exceeding 25 knots
- Waves over 1.5 meters
- Rainfall at the time of boarding
⚠️ The captain and the company reserve the right to cancel the trip for safety reasons, including up to one hour before the scheduled departure, if weather conditions require it.
