Cancellation / Prepayment
🔁 Cancellation Policy
Reservations will only be confirmed once 50% of the total rental amount has been received as a deposit.
The remaining amount must be paid before boarding.
In the event of cancellation by the client, the following charges will apply to the deposit:

25% of the deposit: for cancellations made more than 30 days before the boarding date.

50% of the deposit: for cancellations made between 30 and 7 days before the boarding date.
-
No refund: for cancellations made less than 7 days before the boarding date.
🌦️ Adverse Weather Conditions
If weather conditions prevent the rental from taking place on the reserved date, two options will be offered:

Reschedule the reservation based on availability, or
-
Receive a 100% refund of the amount paid.
