Cancellation / Prepayment
Reservation and Cancellation Policy
Reservation Confirmation
To confirm your booking, you must pay 50% of the total boat price as a deposit.
The remaining amount, along with a deposit equivalent to two hours of fuel, must be paid before departure.
🔖 Please include the invoice number as a reference when making the payment.
❌ Client Cancellations
- If you cancel with at least 15 days’ notice, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded, minus service charges.
- If you cancel less than 15 days before the departure date, no refund will be issued.
- In case of cancellation, the charter company reserves the right to rebook the boat.
🌧️ Adverse Weather Conditions
If weather conditions prevent the activity from taking place on the scheduled date, you may choose between:
- A full refund of the amount paid.
- Rescheduling, subject to availability.
This policy applies if the following conditions are present at the departure port:
- Wind gusts exceeding 25 knots
- Waves higher than 1.5 meters
- Rain at the time of boarding
⚠️ The captain and the charter company reserve the right to cancel the trip for safety reasons, even up to one hour before the scheduled departure.
