To ensure a smooth experience for all our guests, please review our cancellation and refund terms carefully:

✅ If you cancel:

• More than 7 days before the experience: Full refund
• Between 7 and 3 days before the experience: 50% refund
• Less than 72 hours before the experience: No refund
• No changes are accepted less than 72 hours prior to the start time

All timeframes are based on local time in Ibiza, Balearic Islands, Spain.

🌦️ Cancellations due to weather:

• In the event of bad weather or unsafe conditions, we will offer:

• A rescheduled date, or
• A full refund of the amount paid

Once your refund is approved, we will notify you by email. The refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a few business days.
