Cancellation / Prepayment
🔁Cancellation Policy
- Bookings will only be confirmed once 50% of the total rental amount has been received as a deposit.
- The remaining balance must be paid prior to boarding.
If the client cancels the reservation, the following charges will apply (based on the deposit amount):
- 25% of the deposit: for cancellations made more than 30 days before the boarding date.
- 50% of the deposit: for cancellations made between 30 and 7 days before the boarding date.
- No refund: for cancellations made less than 7 days before the boarding date.
🌦️ Adverse Weather Conditions
If weather conditions prevent the rental from taking place on the reserved date, two options will be offered:
- Reschedule the booking depending on availability, or
- Receive a 100% refund of the amount paid.
