- Full payment must be made before the date of the experience.
Cancellation Policy:
❌ Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance: no refund
⚠️ Cancellations made between 48 and 72 hours in advance: 50% refund
✅ Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance: full refund
